The Single Channel Capacitive Touch Sensor Module (TTP223) in red utilizes touch-sensing technology based on the TTP223 IC. It offers a compact touch sensing area of 11 x 10.5mm with a detection range of approximately 5mm.

In its default state, the module outputs a low signal, ensuring minimal power consumption. Upon detecting a touch within 12 seconds, the output switches to high. The TTP223 IC functions as a touch pad detector, emulating a single tactile button and allowing for versatile pad sizes.

This module supports both momentary and latching/toggle modes, as well as active high or active low output signal options. With dimensions of 15mm x 11mm, it is suitable for various applications.

Operating within a voltage range of 2V to 5.5V DC, the module offers fast response times, adjustable sensitivity, and multiple sampling lengths. It provides stable touch detection without the wear and tear associated with mechanical switches.

The module’s design allows for easy integration into surfaces such as plastic or non-metallic materials like glass. It can even be concealed within walls or desktops, offering discreet button functionality.
