The Hand Dryer for Washroom Project is an automatic, sensor-based system designed to dry hands quickly and hygienically without physical contact. Using an infrared proximity sensor, blower motor, and microcontroller, the system detects hand presence and activates a warm air blower. This touchless dryer promotes hygiene, reduces paper waste, and is suitable for use in public restrooms, offices, malls, and homes.

Working Principle
When a person places their hands near the sensor, it detects the presence and sends a signal to the microcontroller. The controller activates the blower motor through a relay module. Once the hands are removed, the sensor no longer detects them, and the blower stops automatically. Optionally, a heating coil can be included to produce warm air for faster drying.
