The 7445 IC is a BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) to Decimal Decoder/Driver, widely used in digital logic applications for converting 4-bit binary inputs into one-of-ten output lines. Inputs from 1010 to 1111 result in all outputs remaining HIGH, which helps in avoiding undesired switching.
